How it works:

1. You fill out the form.  If ordering a chart with no monitor, please make sure your screen meets the requirements in the Screen Requirements section on the product page.

2. Within 48 hours, we ship you a chart.  You will receive tracking information to the email address you supplied.

3. We wait a week or so, and then we call you to see how things are going.  No pressure.  We just want to answer any questions you might have.

4. After 30 days have passed, we email you an invoice for the chart (or a return label if you want to send it back).  No shipping or weird hidden fees.  Just the price of the chart (and sales tax if required by your state).

5. You and your chart enjoy a long and beautiful friendship.
